    The Administrative Assistant provides support and assistance to CPA’s and leaders in the tax practice area. This individual will show professionalism while interacting with clients and employees. The Administrative Assistant will work with highly sensitive information and work with fluctuating workloads depending on the time of year.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Assemble tax returns, e-file, and compose correspondence to the IRS
    • Set up and confirm appointments, coordinate schedules
    • Answer correspondence from and provide assistance to clients
    • Provide excellent administrative support for several CPA’s
