    Job Summary

    • Performing required monthly tasks for client’s sales tax accounting needs. This primarily includes registrations, filings and notice resolutions. Other job responsibilities may include maintaining client account records, audit support, and other special projects as needed.

    General Accountability

    • Learn specific software for filing and exemption management
    • Manually file sales tax returns for clients as needed
    • Oversee multiple client accounts (clients range from start-ups to large companies)
    • Learn processes and tools used to serve clients with a national sales tax footprint
    • Willing to be proactive in researching and finding answers to client questions
    • Heavy use for Excel spreadsheets and often handling large data files

    JobSummary

    The Administrative Assistant provides support and assistance to several Advisors and Partners who are CPAs. Job includes new account onboarding, processing and tracking of financial transactions, billing, client service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, updating of financial spreadsheets, assembling and mailing client report packages, identifying applicable and generating various data reports, coordinating all practice area meetings and taking meeting notes, generating monthly internal newsletters, scheduling internal trainings, coordinating employee evaluations, new hire onboarding, and other tasks as assigned. Work with highly sensitive information. Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.

    Essential Job Functions

    1. Provide administrative support for several Advisors and Partners

    2.  Onboard all new accounts

    • Generate specific new account paperwork
    • Review for accuracy and submit for processing
    • Track accounts and financial transactions to completion
    • Convey transactional updates to applicable advisor(s)

    3. Generate paperwork for individual financial transactions

    • Review for accuracy
    • Submit for processing
    • Track financial transactions to completion
    • Convey transactional updates to applicable advisor(s)

    4. Generate monthly bills, assemble individual client report packages, post them to portal or other designated method of receipt.

    5. Set up and confirm appointments, coordinate schedules

    6. Answer questions from clients and team members and provide assistance

    7. Identify which reports advisors are looking for and generate on request

    8. Schedule all practice area meetings

    • Coordinate meeting agendas with practice area leader
    • Prepare all printed materials for meetings (handouts, reference material, etc.)
    • Take and transcribe all meeting notes and distribute to team members for review

    9. Generate monthly internal newsletter

    10. Schedule internal trainings

    • Make sure all trainings comply with CPE requirements
    • Generate certifications of training completion

    11. Coordinate employee evaluations within your practice area

    12. Work with the pressure of numerous daily deadlines, be detail-oriented, organized, friendly and proactive

    13. Other responsibilities as assigned by the firm which may include:

    • Cover receptionist breaks
    • Log and meter mail

    Qualifications

    Job Summary: 

    The NetSuite Integration Specialist will work directly with Squire’s clients to develop integrations between NetSuite and other transactional systems using Squire’s middleware application hosted on Celigo Integrator.io and Microsoft Azure.

    Essential Job Functions: 

    1. Assist in performing integrations primarily to NetSuite and other transactional systems.
    2. Utilize the Squire implementation methodology and industry best practices
    3. Participate in discovery with clients and solution architecture process
    4. Design and document solutions to help clients conceptualize the deliverable
    5. Participate in project plan development to organize time, efforts, milestones, other resources, and execute plans according to budget, deliverables, and timeline
    6. Manage various engagements at one time
    7. Work directly with executive management of client organization
    8. Develop and analyze key performance indicators to support client decision making
    9. Travel to clients, trainings, conferences, and other onsite meetings is expected.

    Job Qualifications: 

    1. Experience with JavaScript
    2. Experience with Celigo Integrator.io
    3. Bachelor’s or 2-8 years of experience
    4. Authorized to work in the U.S.
    5. Experience in architecture of integration solutions
    6. Experience working with API’s via SOAP or REST
    7. Understanding of business processes
    8. Understanding of NetSuite data flows
    9. Experience with Azure is preferable
