Marc joined Squire in October of 2013, with about 6 years of Controller level experience in the Direct Selling industry. He serves as one of Squire’s outsourced CFO/Controllers, focusing primarily on helping companies in the Direct Selling space. He especially enjoys helping new startup businesses get their accounting departments structured and giving them the tools they need to succeed.
Marc graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002 with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Information Systems. He also has bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University. He is a certified Pro Advisor in both Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.

Megan is an Advisory Partner who started as an intern with Squire in 2006 as she earned her Master’s of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University in 2007. She has over a decade of experience working with businesses across several industries, specializing in QuickBooks consulting and outsourced accounting services for manufacturing and distribution clients. Megan is a writer and presenter for Intuit’s Trainer Writer Network and is recognized nationwide for her early adoption and expertise in QuickBooks Online. She has also been recognized as a Top 100 Quickbooks ® ProAdvisor by Insightful Accountant since 2016.
Megan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. She has held many positions on the board of the Kiwanis Club of Orem for since 2008 and is also on the board of the Women in Business Network of the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Megan lives in Spanish Fork, UT, with her husband and three kids. She can often be found on the field or on the court playing a sport in her spare time. She enjoys listening to books, music, sports, and spending time with family.

Kevin joined Squire’s advisory practice area in 2004 and graduated from Brigham Young University with a MISM degree in 2006. He is a manager in the advisory practice with an emphasis in ERP systems. Kevin is an expert in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Excel, and Microsoft SQL Server. Since joining Squire, Kevin has helped countless companies through ERP implementations and training. He has provided services to companies across many industries with a focus on high-technology and direct selling companies. Kevin specializes in helping companies to reach to improve their processes through training, data and process automation, and reporting.
Kevin is an affiliate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves on the Business and Marketing Advisory Board for the Alpine School District, and is a volunteer within the Boy Scouts of America. Kevin is also involved with the Utah Technology Council and Silicon Slopes. In his free time, Kevin enjoys water skiing, camping and anything that is outdoors
