US households’ net worth hit $85.7T in Q2

Net worth for US households and nonprofits reached a record $85.7 trillion in the second quarter, up 0.8%, or $694.8 billion, compared with Q1, according to the Federal Reserve. Higher property values were a driver, compensating for flat returns in the stock market.
