Fed: Creation of middle-income jobs begins to recover
For the first time since the end of the recession, the US economy is creating a significant number of middle-income jobs paying $30,000 to $60,000 a year, an analysis by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York found. “[W]e are seeing gains in middle-wage jobs actually outnumber gains in higher- and lower-wage jobs nationwide,” said New York Fed President William Dudley.
