Unemployment rate fell to 5.5% in February

The U.S. unemployment rate fell to 5.5% last month as 295,000 jobs were added to payrolls, according to the Labor Department. Meanwhile, pay edged up 3 cents an hour and the average work week remained at 34.6 hours.
