Underemployment has fallen for college graduates

College graduates’ underemployment rate has fallen to 6.2%, down from a peak of 10.2% during the recession, according to an analysis by Georgetown University’s Center for Education and the Workforce. The underemployment rate for high-school graduates is 12.9%.
