U.S. economy added 126,000 jobs in March

Only 126,000 jobs were added to nonfarm payrolls in March, the lowest monthly total since December 2013, according to the Labor Department. It is the latest sign that the economy has softened in the past few months, spurring speculation that the Federal Reserve may hold off on an interest-rate hike.
