Squire’s Workplace Culture Earns National Recognition from Accounting Today

Squire has been recognized in Accounting Today’s 2026 Best Accounting Firms to Work For program, highlighting the firm’s continued commitment to creating a workplace where employees can grow, build meaningful careers and thrive.

The annual survey and awards program, conducted by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group, is designed to identify, recognize and honor leading employers in the accounting profession. Nearly 200 firms from across the United States participated in this year’s two-part evaluation process.

What makes the recognition especially meaningful is the significant role employees play in determining the results. Approximately 75% of each firm’s overall evaluation is based on an employee survey measuring the employee experience, while the remaining 25% evaluates workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics.
