Firms get proactive in search for accounting talent

Demand for accounting talent is on the rise, with one AICPA report finding that CPA firms added 43,252 accounting graduates in 2014, a 7% increase over the previous year. Firms use a number of strategies to attract recruits, including training programs, internships and flexible work schedules.
