Profile:

Kris Braunberger was raised as a Utah Dixie kid, who loved his tax, math, and business classes, and as a result, got an accounting degree from the University of Utah.  He has worked for HintonBurdick CPAs from the time the company was a fledgling business in the early ’90s.  His area of focus is business taxation & planning, construction, and real estate development.  He routinely lectures for Southern Utah Homebuilders Association, Dixie State University, and the Utah Homebuilders Association, teaching tax law, accounting and business startup courses to persons who are new to the business world.  Kris is frequently found meeting with his clients, tax strategizing or developing innovative approaches to their business challenges. He enjoys helping people meet their financial goals.  Kris currently serves as the head of the firm’s Tax Department.  He is a board member of Southern Utah Five County Revolving Loan Fund Board. He loves the great outdoors, is the father of seven children, and enjoys a good bowl of ice cream.
