U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Grants

The US Chamber of Commerce Save Small Business Fund is awarding $5,000 grants (not loans) to small businesses. Applications opened April 20 at 1pm MST. They will award grants on a weekly basis, but you only need to apply once. Here are a few requirements:

• Number of employees (pre COVID) needs to be between 3 and 20.
• Your business has to be in an “economically affected zip code”. Check yours here website. For instance, Orem and Provo are eligible, but Pleasant Grove, Springville, and Spanish Fork are not. If you have multiple locations and they are in individual entities,  find out which locations are eligible and apply for those locations.
• You need to have your W-9 handy. If you don’t have one, here is one you can fill out.
