Squire Receives 2025 Healthy Worksite Award from Utah Worksite Wellness Council

Creating a healthy workplace doesn’t happen by accident—it takes intention, investment, and a culture that prioritizes people. That’s why Squire is proud to share that we’ve been awarded a Bronze Healthy Worksite Award from the Utah Worksite Wellness Council. 

This marks the seventh recognition  Squire has received through the Healthy Worksite Awards program—an initiative that honors Utah employers committed to enhancing employee health across multiple dimensions of well-being.

Squire stood out in several key areas of wellness, earning particularly high marks in:

• Lactation Support (100%)
• Mental & Emotional Wellness (83%)
• Financial Wellness (83%)
• Social Wellness (78%)
• Leadership Support for wellness initiatives (75%)

These scores reflect the intentional work being done across our firm to foster a supportive, inclusive, and balanced workplace.

The 2025 awards were based on wellness programming implemented throughout 2024. In total, 39 organizations were assessed across categories like physical activity, nutrition, leadership engagement, and community support. While award levels vary based on scores, all recognized employers share a commitment to creating healthier, more engaged workplaces.

As we look ahead, Squire remains dedicated to expanding our wellness efforts and building on this strong foundation—because we know that when our people thrive, our work does too.
