Squire Named a 2026 Best Place to Work for Women
Squire has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women by Best Companies Group, recognizing the firm among top workplaces nationwide for creating an environment where women can grow, lead and build meaningful careers.
The annual, survey-based awards program recognizes companies across the United States for their commitment to creating exceptional employee experiences for women. Winners are selected based on employee survey data analyzed by Best Companies Group, with a specific focus on the experiences of women within each organization.
Squire’s commitment to supporting women is reflected throughout the firm’s culture and leadership. CEO Jonyce Bullock, Squire’s first female partner, founded the firm’s Women Improving Professionally (WIP) initiative in 2014 to create opportunities for women to connect, develop professionally and strengthen their voices within the organization.
Through WIP and other professional development efforts, Squire has worked to build a culture that supports women at every stage of their careers and strengthens the pipeline of female leadership across the firm.
“When I became Squire’s first female partner, I couldn’t have imagined how much our firm would grow and evolve,” said Jonyce Bullock, CEO of Squire. “Today, seeing so many talented women building their careers, leading teams and helping shape Squire’s future is incredibly meaningful. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about the opportunities we’re continuing to create for the next generation of women at Squire.”
