Fed official notes rising economic risks

William Dudley, president of the New York Federal Reserve, projects growth of about 2% for the US economy this year but says he has gotten less confident. Dudley cites in particular the recent turbulence in global markets, one of the developments that could lead the Fed to delay further interest-rate increases.
