Many Dodd-Frank Act Rules Still Need to be Written, Study Finds

About 36% of 400 rules mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act still need to be written, according to a report from law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, while about 30% of mandated rules have been finalized. Thirty-four percent of rules have been proposed but need further action. The law was signed by President Barack Obama two years ago this month.
