More U.S. Companies are Relocating Overseas to Reduce Taxes

Growing numbers of companies are reincorporating overseas to save on taxes. Cleveland-based manufacturer Eaton, for instance, plans to move its place of incorporation to Dublin and expects that the tax benefits will save the company about $160 million a year. Congress tried to thwart such actions with a 2004 law.
