U.S. Job Creation Hurt by Falling Foreign Investment, Group Says

Foreign investment in the U.S. is drying up, undercutting efforts to create jobs, the Organization for International Investment said. The problem is serious because foreign companies' U.S. salaries are higher than the industry average, the trade group said.
