Romney and Obama Shower Voters with Economic Statistics

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and President Barack Obama bolstered their arguments that they offer the best hope for America's middle class with extensive use of statistics in their first debate. Both candidates avoided making the attacks against each other that they have made elsewhere in their campaigns.
