5 Companies Plan to Enter Dormant U.S. IPO Market

Two months after Facebook's public debut, which effectively shut down initial public offerings in the U.S., five companies are getting ready to give the IPO market a try. Biotech company Durata Therapeutics, teen retailer Five Below, guitar-maker Fender Musical Instruments, software developer Palo Alto Networks and travel website Kayak Software said they will proceed with an IPO.
