Gracelyn received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting with an emphasis in taxation from Brigham Young University in April 1999. She worked for Squire & Co. as an intern for two tax seasons while attending BYU. After graduation, she joined the tax team at Squire & Co. where she performs accounting and tax services. She considers herself blessed for having the privilege to work with wonderful people at the firm and for having so many learning opportunities in her life.

Gracelyn was born and raised in the Philippines. She is married to Edward Hyatt of Orem and they have a daughter named Joyce. The family loves to travel and visit historic places whenever they can.
