 Shane
has over 15 years of experience in helping direct-selling organizations meet
their goals. He spent eight years with a national public accounting firm working
in the assurance services group with responsibility for the firm's manufacturing
and distribution practice in Utah. Shane has helped many public companies
complete their fillings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including
assistance with initial public offerings. In addition to his public accounting
experience, Shane worked in industry as the corporate chief accountant for the
headquarters group of Kennecott Corporation. Currently, he is responsible for
the business consulting practice of Squire & Company, PC.
Shane is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor. He is
also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Utah
Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Internal
Auditors. He currently is chair of the advisory committee of the accounting
education program at UVSC and is on the advisory board of the Utah Kidney
Foundation and School of Accountancy of Utah State University.
